Nine groups, one score each
Every job in our data belongs to one of nine ISCO-08 major groups. Each group has an AI exposure score from 0 to 10 (model-estimated, see methodology). Pick a group to see where it is biggest.

Frequently asked questions
How are jobs grouped?
We use ISCO-08, the ILO's standard classification, which sorts every job into nine major groups such as managers, clerical support workers and elementary occupations.
Which job group is most exposed to AI?
Clerical support workers score highest at 8.5/10, then professionals at 6.5/10. Elementary occupations score lowest at 2/10. Scores are model estimates.
Is the AI score the same in every country?
Yes. Each of the nine groups has one score used for all countries. Countries differ because they have different shares of workers in each group.
Where does the worker data come from?
ILO ILOSTAT and national statistics offices, latest year per country. Shares use the 173 countries that report all nine groups; rankings need 200,000 workers or more.
